Brendan O’Connell Founder & President
Brendan O’Connell has 10+ years of innovative marketing experience at agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

During the interactive industry’s start up phase from 1994 to 1997 Brendan pioneered effective new ways to reach customers including real-time database marketing (eCRM), contextual marketing, and cross-channel communications (Integrated Marketing). These practices are now part of every interactive marketing handbook.

Brendan has been nationally recognized and has received numerous awards, including the Direct Marketing Association Gold Echo award for his work with AT&T.

Brendan is involved with every one of our programs to ensure they take maximum advantage of the opportunities that interactive channels provide.

Reggie Brady Director of Email and Direct Marketing
Reggie Brady has 25+ years of experience in email, direct marketing, and database building.

Reggie is the founder of Reggie Brady Marketing Solutions, LLC and works with O’Connell Marketing & Design to provide email marketing, direct marketing, and integrated marketing consulting services.

Reggie is a leading authority on interactive direct marketing, frequently speaking at industry conferences and quoted in The New York Times, Advertising Age, Ad Week, and Brand Week.

Reggie began her interactive career in 1985 at CompuServe and held additional executive positions at Acxiom/Direct Media and FloNework Inc. (since acquired by DoubleClick).

Lori Middleton Director of Creative Services
Lori Middleton has 12+ years of interactive and motion graphics experience in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Connecticut.

Lori’s industry leadership includes the design and management of interactive ad campaigns, CD-ROMs, rich media, PDA solutions and global Web sites for clients including AOL, JCPenney, AT&T, GE, Weight Watchers, Philips, Kodak, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Lori's has won 17 awards and counting for her work, including the 2001 Gold Cannes Cyberlion for Weightwatchers.com.

Prior to interactive design, Lori developed motion graphics for Hollywood clients including Disney and Hanna-Barbera.

Luke Middleton Director of Technology
Luke Middleton has 11+ years of experience developing integrated technology solutions for corporate enterprise systems, desktop applications, and the Web.

Luke’s work includes corporate Web sites and extranets, online stores, integrated call-center systems, and detailed reporting systems for numerous high-tech companies.

In addition to his extensive career experience, Luke has spent seven years studying Japanese, and spent a number of years racing as a professional cyclist in the U.S., Europe, and Central America. He infuses this discipline and creative thinking into everyone of our programs.
