Background:
Broadband access to the Internet has been growing rapidly - 40% of U.S. households as of April, 2004. AOL provides dial-up connections. To reach broadband households, AOL must promote their service as a valuable subscription-based add-on.

The Program:
We assisted in the redesign of the teen channel to create a compelling broadband experience - teens are heavy users of broadband capabilities and a major retention factor in households. Broadband gave us the flexibility to create rich graphics, an engaging interface, and provides AOL space for high-bandwidth content such as videos and music clips.

These efforts are tied in with AOL 9.0 Optimized efforts to increase customer retention and drive new acquisitions.
